We are located just minutes from historic downtown Summerville and we enjoy the comforts of small town living while being only a 30-minute drive to beautiful downtown Charleston. Close to I-26, Highways 78 & 61, and Downtown Historic Summerville, SC. Shopping areas and recreational activities can be reached in a short ten minute drive. Summer Glen is located in the coveted Dorchester School District Two, with two schools located less than 1 mile from our community.

Summer Glen Home Owners Association is operated exclusively by officers who reside in the community. These volunteers were formally elected by their neighbors to represent the best interests of the community. This creates a tremendous benefit to the homeowners by avoiding the substantial costs and overhead associated with professional management companies. This allows for one of the lowest annual HOA fees in the greater Summerville Area.
